NeXtime respects the privacy of its customers and the privacy of their data. You will retain all rights to the data that you provide to us and you are allowed to view, correct or delete (providing that we still comply with our retention obligation)this at all times by calling or e-mailing us.  User data provided to NeXtime is stored in a personalized and secure location. We will not sell, rent or use your information for other purposes than stated in this privacy policy.

 2. Access customer account

When you create a client account on our website, you have access to a management environment where you can set, specify and change data yourself.  We must grant permission to our business customers to create a business account. After we provided you with your login data you will have access to the management environment where you can set, specify and change your data.

We collect and process certain personal information obtained through the visits and orders on our website ( and, the information you provide through an online form or survey and the user interaction on our website or via e-mail. We can store and process the following (personal) information:

5. Contact and newsletter

 We offer you the possibility to ask questions via the contact form at our website, e-mail or Social Media. You can choose which information you provide to us. The information you send us will be kept for as long as necessary to complete answering and processing your question. We offer a newsletter with which we inform interested parties about our products and offers. Each newsletter contains a link at the bottom with which you can unsubscribe if you do not want to be kept up-to-date on our brand.

6. Retention period personal data 

The personal data described above will be stored in accordance with the law and no longer than necessary in a form that makes it possible to execute and deliver your order (s), send you our newsletters as long as you are registered and to be able to offer you a two-year warranty period. Unless there is a statutory obligation that requires the long-term storage of your personal data (such as the fiscal retention obligation).

We work with partners to execute and deliver your orders. These partners may not, under any circumstances, use data for purposes other than our own. This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site.
